COMPREHENSIVE FENG SHUI CONSULTATION

The first part of the consultation is an interview at your home or office, identifying what areas of your life or business you'd like to improve, enhance or support. We'll look at those corresponding areas in the floor plan and place feng shui "cures" or "remedies" to help turn things around. I will take "before" picture that I will include in a report of our findings. I will mail a copy of the report to you to give you guidance on what improvements are needed. Once all adjustments have been made, I will make a follow up visit to take "after" pictures and to track your progress. This can be a one-time consultation or I can come back for additional consultations as life or business circumstances change and/or require assistance.

HOME OR BUSINESS FENG SHUI/ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

Here I blend the best of both worlds - architecture and feng shui. As your architect, I will design a home or place of business that is personal and reflective of the way you live or work. As your feng shui consultant, I will implement feng shui principles to enhance the quality of your life or business. My involvement will be from start (conceptual design and site analysis) to finish (completion of building construction). Additionally, I am available for other services before, during and after construction: site blessings, various construction stage blessings, landscape design consult, exterior/interior color selection, lighting, furniture placement/decor, and feng shui remedy placement. Some of these services apply to renovation/addition projects as well. Any of these services can be done individually.

HOME OR BUSINESS SITE BLESSING

Clearing a site can be disruptive to the energy of a site. Additionally, previous events in the past that occurred on the site may have left some undesirable spirits that need help moving on. Any new venture, whether the construction of a new home or office, is best built on a clean slate. A site blessing can release bad energies, spirits or just plain old bad luck and bring in good luck, energy and support for your new project.

SPACE CLEARING

You may have an existing home or office that has never felt quite right. Perhaps, you are looking into purchasing a new building that seems to have everything right about it - except for sometimes you get a weird feeling. If so, a space clearing could be very helpful. The intention and the result is the same as a site blessing, only it concentrates on the interior of the building.

SITE ANALYSIS / BUILDING SITING

The shape of your plot, the adjacent context and the positioning of the building can have an even greater effect on the energy flow in the building and the quality of your life and/or business. Simply put, the Earth and it's vegetation have been here a lot longer than any built structure. Therefore, they carry more energy and thus more influence. Let me help you make some conscientious choices about what building site you select and how you site your building on it.

HOME STAGING

So your home or business have been on the market for an uncomfortable amount of time. Is it the real estate market or is the feng shui of the building and site inhibiting the sale? I can work side by side with your real estate agent to assess what adjustments or enhancements need to be made to help your property sell in a timely manner.

ORGANIZING CONSULTATION

One of the biggest factors that affects the flow of energy in a home or office is clutter. I can help pinpoint areas to improve the organization of different rooms, cabinets or closets to declutter your office or home. Being able to find things easily and having room for new things to come in, can help things flow more smoothly for you and/or your business.

PHONE CONSULTATION

Our initial interview will be over the phone. I will send you paper work to fill out and with which you can document the current state of your home or office (including photos). Ideally, I like to visit the place itself to feel how the energy is flowing. However, you can still affect a significant shift in things by making a few adjustments that I can suggest per your report.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

What better gift to give someone than the gift of harmony and balance at their home or office? If they don't own their business, I can still make suggestions for their work space that can certainly be effective.
